Your trade data and playbook rules are used exclusively to generate your AI coaching feedback, pattern detection reports, and weekly coaching summaries. This data is sent to the Anthropic API to generate responses and is not stored or used by Anthropic beyond fulfilling each individual request.
Your email is used to manage your account, send password resets, and deliver your weekly report if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Data is stored on servers in the region you selected at signup. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion, use the tab above. For any other requests, contact us at support@nmjournal.app.
We'll notify you by email if we make any material changes to this privacy policy. Continued use of NM Journal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
By creating an account and using NM Journal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
NM Journal is a trade journaling and AI coaching platform. It helps traders log trades, define their strategy, and receive AI-generated feedback based on their own rules. It is a productivity and self-improvement tool — not a financial advisory service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use NM Journal. One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security.
You own your trade data, playbook, and journal entries. We don't claim any rights over them. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service — specifically to generate AI coaching feedback and analytics.
If you upload chart screenshots or other content, you confirm that you have the right to upload it and that doing so doesn't violate anyone else's copyright or other rights. We may remove content that violates this policy or receives a valid copyright complaint.
The NM Journal platform — including its design, features, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of NM Trades LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform itself. This is separate from your own trade data and journal content, which you own as described above.
If you believe content on NM Journal infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it's located on the platform, (4) your contact information, and (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, made under penalty of perjury.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email including a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
NM Journal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI feedback will be accurate or profitable. Trading involves substantial risk of loss — you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NM Journal and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any AI coaching feedback provided.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Submit your email below and we'll permanently delete your account, all trade data, your playbook, and any personal information we hold within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
